I did not manage to boot from both 10.04.4 and 10.04.3 on both liveCD
and live-usb.

I tryed to create and to boot on different machines, with different OS
and programs.

The CD and USB were created by: startup disk creator, unetbootin,
imagewriter, brasero from: ubuntu 12.04, linuxmint 13.

The error: the disk is not bootable, replase it and press any key; there
is no boot record; unable to boot; replace a strike etc.

At least ubuntu startup disk creator installs bootloader during creating
live-USB (at least such notification was shown).

I do not promise, but may be I will try with 10.04.2 in the future. For
now, its enough for me.

I am wondering, it is obligatory step?

In some places I seen, that module is yenta_cardbus, and in other places
- tifm_sd
