Okay... I was using gnome-shell for the first time and don't know exactly the normal behaviour of windows in it. But it seems to be no problem in it.
What I have done: 1. Opened boinc-manager in a full view. 2. Opened Nautilus, Writer, qBittorent. 3. Minimized boinc-manager by clicking on a "close" button in the right up corner. 4. Switched to another windows and started to close them. Boinc don't came up. But in Unity there is a problem. About your personal drop... It won't work?
