Just installed and booted with mainline kernel. I got an error during installing[1], but it still started. The graphics were crappy (low resolution on Nvidia GTX 560 TI, minimal VGA driver or something, like i have it during normal booting until the login screen pops up.) Otherwise it worked fine.
The copying is still a bit delayed roughly 3-5 seconds, but then i get up to 39 MB/s and it is quickly finished.
