I had same problem after the upgrade to 12.04 32 bit. The Kyle's suggestion was not working for me. The only way I found to get the RDP running is the following 1. Uninstall all remina related packages via the Synaptik 2. Install Remmina 0.7.4 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/r/remmina/remmina_0.7.4-1build1_i386.deb
