That's what I am getting, when I try to deal with some nodeJS related software.

Maybe its becouse, nodejs is called under Fedora/RedHat and other
systems just "node"

I fixed this trough making a symlink on /usr/bin/node, but that is not a
good method for that, I guess.

You would have to integrate nodejs, as node into /usr/bin/env.
