Public bug reported: There is an ubuntu patch that adds a lock on suspend option to gnome- control-center lock panel. However we need to support this in gnome- shell for the following use case.
Steps to reproduce 1. set Lock toggle off 2. set ubuntu lock on suspend option on 3. suspend via shell user Menu On waking from suspend the screen is locked, however there is just a grey screen and no login dialog and no way to unlock.
