I didn't have problem to install or uninstall the previous version, but I had problem to install the last update. I had problem with installing the last update and I couldn't finally succed with this:
sudo dpkg --force-overwrite -i /var/cache/apt/archives/torchlight_1.0+2012+09+26-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb Anyway nothing changed, it crash when use portal like before.
