Public bug reported: I had queued up a bunch of files in Kget.
One day when I opened Kget, I found that the interface stopped responding. I cannot scroll down the list or click on any of the menu items. Kget ignores them completely. However, Kget continues to download whatever is on my list. I can see that since I see my bandwidth being used up for downloads. When I kill Kget, i see the downloads stop.
