@Baokai Lei, I would like to perform a kernel bisect to identify the commit that caused this regression. Can you confirm the 3.5.0-15.21[0] does not have the bug? If that is the case, there are very few changes to bisect between 3.5.0-15.21 and 3.5.0-15.22.
