I'd like to object against tagging it's importance as 'Low.' Changing layouts, you know, it's some UX basics that should 'just work' in the 21st century. I use at least 4 layouts (the current limit on Ubuntu) daily, switching between them back and forth, and needless to say this is _very_ inconvenient for me and many other users, I believe. As is the option to wait another 7 months (!) at the very least until this is resolved.
I understand that it's late in the cycle, but it's not a LTS release after all, so something should be done about that. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1045914 Title: Keyboard layout doesn't show in GNOME Shell session To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1045914/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
