Also, if it is still working under 11.04, could you please attach alsa- info for the functioning case (11.04 with sound coming out of speakers), and for the non-functioning case (11.10, 12.04 or 12.10 with no sound coming out of speakers)? I will compare them and look for differences. Thanks!
