This is a regression caused by the upgrade of overlay-scrollbar from 0.2.16+r353-0ubuntu2 to 0.2.16+r356-0ubuntu1
The source package overlay-scrollbar 0.2.16+r356-0ubuntu1 has now been deleted from the repos.
