Bug still exist with kernel 3.5.0-15 and after system update up to 9/21 (after Beta 2 freeze). I confirm what wrote Shanekiper, whic is that when I
sudo apt-get remove libreoffice-gtk then, I can use the Libreoffice in a "windows like" design. When I re- install it (actually libreoffice-gtk 1:3.6.1~rc2-1ubuntu5 ) then the bug re-appears. Along with it seems another bug: selecting text on screen (on Writer) to cut or copy is instable. The selection usually vanish before I have a chance to Ctrl-C. In the "windows like" environment the behaviour is normal. If I can help in any way .... -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1049612 Title: Libre Offices global menu does not appear randomly when opening the application To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/df-libreoffice/+bug/1049612/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
