Latest one this is that on one occasion it shutdown when triggered from
the top right shutdown menu, BUT it had failed to cleanly unmount
leading to a disk check on a 2TB (WD Caviar Green) drive, which was no
fun at all.

Log out followed by Shutdown does the trick...

I notice that the status of this bug is 'Incomplete', if anyone can
clarify what exactly needs to be provided? As mentioned above I've tried
increasing the kernel log level to debug and then triggering shutdown
but can't see any errors reported...
