I was changing the settings in Beryl trying to figure out how they made the
video in youtube to get that 3D background picture.
I left the beryl settings manager.
Then some message came about the panel not working.
The word menus in the panel went away....
I wish I could remember more details but I cannot.
Now I got a message about Nautilus not starting.
I need to rebuild my menus, but now, when I try adding the menus back, I
just get icons on my panel, no more "words" to show which menus I have added
back to the panel...
It use to be my panel was:

Applications Places System <icon> <icon>...Date and Time <exit icon>

Now my menu is

<icon> <icon> <icon> Date and Time <exit icon>

I don't know how to make menus appear in english and not icons.
