Thanks Brian for the explanations, you are right indeed , i know that using a "number" refer to an existing report "number", and its my fault if i use it the wrong way. But apport was working, and i was used to report using an ID. So instead of getting the error reported here, a simple message should be displayed : the "number" used is not a known report.
