I noticed this bug when I was looking it up. but it was quite old (from
an earlier release) and was closed.
Anyway, GDM sometimes restarts when I switch back to tty7 (CTRL+ALT+F7).
Reproduce:
CTL+ALT+F1
Sign in
Execute some commands
CTRL+ALT+F7
GDM restarts
