Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and make Ubuntu better. Can you
please try to provide some backtrace information from the applications using
the guides provided on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace as well as any
information that is given when you try to run the applications from a terminal
window; so that we can narrow down the issue?
