It just hapened to me too. 12.04 LTS ati/amd proprietary FGLRX graphics driver
I run my present configuration more than two months. It just hapened yesterday and today with only changes installing ecryptfs-utils and cryptsetup packages. I hadn't encrypt my home folder during instalation and i desided to do it yesterday.
