Hi, We cannot access to the design to see more explaination for this decision, but I think it's a bad decision. With fixed high and width you'll not have the same experiment on little screen as netbooks or big screen.
If you use a big screen, the previews will be flown in the dash, that's very chocking, and very not nice to use. Can you explain us more why you take this decision ?
