Public bug reported:

1) Xubuntu 12.10 i386 daily build 9-5-2012
2) xfce4-settings 4.10.0-1ubuntu1
3) I expected the settings manager in xubuntu 12.10 to have a minimize button
like it had in xubuntu 12.04.
4) Xubuntu 12.10 Settings Manager or xfce4-settings does not have a minimize
button. I have attached a screenshot showing the lack of a minimize button.
