There are no longer 2 menu's visible, only the global menu remains, but all options in it still get disabled after you use a global menu option once (so for instance, if you click 'File' --> 'Open' and close the dialog, you can't use any of the options in the global menu any more, they are all greyed-out), so I'm not sure if this should be marked as 'Fix Released', perhaps this should be filed as a separate bug?
