This is the problem description behind the link:

I just installed dapper on my computer.
I discovered a "bug" in the installation process.

When I started the computer with the live cd and pressed the install-
file on the desktop a installation process started.

In the installation process theres a step where you can manually create
your partitions.

I chose that and made my partitions as I wanted them and clicked on
confirm.

But when I came to the next step (where you choose the mountpoint) my
partitions wasn't there.

I tried like crasy but they never came up.
Untill I canceld the installation and started it again and did the same process
(exept that I didn't do anything with the partitions because they already was
like I wanted them).

Then when I came to the step where I choose the mountpoint I found all
of my partitions.

So with my installation cd I had to restart the installation process
after I had organised my partiotion to be able to mount them.

Is this a known bug?
