I tested Reiserfs as suggested, but in my case, despite of fsck not showing disk corruption, I got some others problems like after a few minutes the read/write goes super-slow (from ~100MB/s to ~1MB/s as showed by hdparm -t /dev/sda), then I got some "Bus error" when trying to launch some apps (i.e. gnome-terminal, gedit, rhythmbox, eog) which I could not fix (I had even compiled gnome-terminal but get the same error) and finally the system would not boot anymore with DRDY ERR. Not to mention that I couldn't find a way to TRIM (neither fstrim, nor hdparm worked for this). So I am thinking if the problem would involve others components besides the filesystem.
