I found a way to solve the issue. Step1. Open the youtube video you wanna play. Step2. Popout the player by right clicking and choosing popout Step3. Maximize the popout window in the desired screen (Don't use youtube player's fullscreen button) Step4. Press F11 to put the browser to fullscreen mode.
Done.
