Public bug reported:

I have an Ubuntu 12.04 server set up which holds my videos in a samba
share.

On my desktop (12.10) I have mounted that share to /home/user/Videos

Using the video lens will eventually lead to the server losing it's
network connection.

I will gladly due tests and submit logs as this is reproducible.

Both pcs have the newest updates installed and are on a local LAN.
