Same problem with kernel 3.2.0-29-generic-pae. Updated gspca driver (http://moinejf.free.fr/gspca-2.15.18.tar.gz) did not solve the problem for me. Cheese still fails shortly after showing scrambled green screen and dmesg shows the same ISOC data errors as in bug description.
