* Remove unity-2d 2nd fallback mechanism for autologin as unity-2d
is now deprecated: (part one of LP: #1035261)
- debian/65compiz_profile-on-session,
debian/compiz-gnome.install:
remove conffile and don't install it
- debian/compiz-gnome.maintscript:
remove it on upgrade
