I'm closing this bug as "invalid" because it's a mess of different
issues, and I don't think the initial problem (network manager plugin
not handling split routes properly) still stands.

If you feel you're experiencing a similar issue, please file a new
report. If you're using NetworkManager rather than a command line to
connect, file your bug against the network-manager-vpnc (or -openvpn,
-openconnect, -pptp) package. And please make sure to include a few
basic details about your configuration, including the output of the "ip
addr" and "route" commands.
