Sorry for being confusing... I just noticed the directory name 'lp1033568' was different than the directory name 'lp903961' for the FIRST kernel I tested in comment #39. I was going to test both just incase you had accidentally mixed up two directories (as I am sure you are very busy with more important bugs than mine). To clarify, YES I tested the linux-image-3.4.0-030400rc2-generic_3.4.0-030400rc2.201208080008_i386.deb and YES it had the bug. and Thank you so much for taking the time to help me, and being so patient with me as well.
