Public bug reported: I recently upgraded the hard drive in my system with an SSD. I then got an UltraBay adapter off Amazon so that I could have my SSD + HDD as well. After installing the UltraBay drive, my laptop stopped suspending. I have tested and can reproduce this every time. If I remove the UltraBay drive, it works every time without fail.
