Hi everybody, This seems to have been a duplicate of bug #986021. We originally ran a DB update to sort out users that had been affected by this on 2012-04-24, and rolled out a fix on 2012-04-30, and were missing to run a follow up query to sort out users that had been affected during those two dates.
We've now fixed all remaining accounts that had been affected by this issue, that should definitely include yours Alexander, and probably yours Thorne and Emma by the sound of it. Unfortunately Nick you seem to be hitting a different issue too. We're still working on 3DSecure support for credit card transactions, that should be rolled out any day now.
