No, that one is different, sorry about that, I thought it was related
to what we encountered with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. That error wasn't
consistent, and effected whether or not packages actually installed or
were removed successfully (errors generated no matter what when using
USC). We simply resolved it by expediting the change from Ubuntu 12.04
to Ubuntu Studio 12.04, and that problem went away.

This new problem effects our machines running Ubuntu Studio 12.04 LTS
AMD64. The USC runs normally in every other way it should, even within
the rating system, until we hit the submit button. Then we get the
above error, the only variation being with the package name (different
packages being reviewed). The error can be easily duplicated, all
review submissions attempted result in the above error. As we no longer
run any other version of Ubuntu, we do not know if this effects any
others. The review system had previously worked with this version, from
what I'm told, until fairly recently.
