There's a package for marble-qt 1.2 on getdeb, but it seems that within 5 months, noone has built a 1.3 :-c The single most interesting feature is the support for vector tiles, which means no more bitmaps to download! Especially great news for us dial-up users! If just the repo wasn't so big, I would try building..
