** Description changed:

- Xorg crashes after several sleep/wakeup cycles.
- This is duplicate of #1026777, I created it in order to have all info
uploaded by apport.
+ Since about 2 weeks, my Xorg randomly crashes (jumping back to login screen).
Happens mainly during wakeup, but not only. I was running 12.04 for several
weeks without this issue before.
+ Initially I thought this is the same as #1026777, but the segfault seems to
occur in a different function.

+ Seeing that synaptics_drv.so is involved, I already tried to deactivate
+ the touchpad (with synclient TouchpadOff=1), but didn't help.
+ However the trackpoint is still on and I don't know if that's handled by
+ the same driver.
