Same here with Nikon Coolpix 990 and Feisty (libgphoto2 2.3.0).
I noticed a strange folder on the SD-Card in the Nikon. I wasn't sure if that
was due to gphoto2 strangeness. So I reformatted the card.
Then I installed gtkam via "Add/Remove...".
I could download 2 photos with gtkam, but it worked only once. Strange flaky
error...
