Just to add, I see the output above even with the latest 3.5 kernel from
mainline, but I think that overall the limiting of speed that the poster
is seeing *might* be unrelated to those errors. This is my output from

Because I just installed this drive, I can't tell if I should be happy about 
that "link up to 6.0 Gbps" or the other "configured for UDMA/100". I thought 
UDMA/100 was like 100 MB/s, but this drive is obviously transferring at a much 
faster rate. Obviously out of my depth :)
