I tested the following mainline kernels.:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.4-precise/
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.4.6-quantal/
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.5-quantal/
In those upstream kernel versions the bug is still present.
