Yes, they are in /usr/bin.
The problem is, some configure scripts (Avidemux, for instance) assume
that these binaries are located in the Qt directory (/usr/share/qt4/bin)
AND have -qt4 in their names, whereas this is not the case: there exist
/usr/bin/moc-qt4 (for instance) and /usr/share/qt4/bin/moc, which is a
symlink to it, but not /usr/share/qt4/bin/moc-qt4.
Since symlinks are cheap, I think the package maintainer can simply add
these symlinks, which would duplicate the number of symlinks in
/usr/share/qt4/bin but won't have any system overhead.
