It appears a lot of people are confused about the "pushing-the-edge" thing that you have to do to get the launcher. It is very nice when you know it, but totally impossible to figure out on your own quickly. May I suggest changing the cursor into something suggestive when pushing the edge, so that the user knows there is something different there and maybe get an idea of what to do?
