The next oldest kernel that I have is 3.0.0-22.36. That did not crash, but Nautilus died with a series of "bad page map" errors.
I also tried the 3.0.0-20.34 and 3.0.0-12.20 kernels. The -20 kernel failed with "unable to handle kernel paging request". With the -12 kernel, Nautilus died with a series of "bad page map" errors. I've attached today's syslog, which has more complete error text for the -20 and -12 tests. ** Attachment added: "syslog.20120802" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1032035/+attachment/3246501/+files/syslog.20120802 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1032035 Title: crash shortly after resuming from suspend and inserting CD, using GNOME shell To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1032035/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
