Old bu but still a problem for me as of today (and the last couple of years). As I move from versiont o version this "feature" follows me.
I used to have to force quit the ICA process, but thanks to the shortcut keys in this post for switching view ports I now know how to find the window again. Would be convenient if this could be fixed, however it seems pretty persistant so I assume it will be around a while longer If I was rich I would sponsor this, if I worked at Citrix I would try to convince them to provide a testing server. But as a user all I can do is report the bug and cross my fingures.
