Yes even I have started to face the same problem. It happens while copying movies (.avi, .mkv) to pen drives.
The copy paste dialogue shows a speed of about 111 mbps initially and then at 99% or 0 seconds left the copy paste dialogue seems to hang there. After closing the dialogue, the pen drive can never be unmounted (it says the volume is busy) and on copy pasting another file, it never shows the copy paste dialogue again.
