John, I could reproduce the error but I choose not to. I reported the bug along with the platform and a description. If it happened once on Dapper KDE 3.5.2 then it more than likely would happen again seeing as there has been no fix for this as of yet.
And I am not the only one to submit a bug report about this. I think you'd be wise to keep this open instead of rejecting it just because I choose not to mess with a stable system.
