Collectd 5.1 is now included in Debian, and normally Ubuntu would automatically sync the latest version of the package from there. However, version 4.10.1-2.1ubuntu9 which is included in Ubuntu contains some Ubuntu-specific changes. If these changes have now made it in to the Debian package (or upstream), a sync request can be requested, otherwise if the changes has not forwarded someone need to manually merge the package (ie. apply the changes to the latest version of the upstream package).
