Gary, consider IFX-Supreme for example. The "Support Web Site" link,
quite reasonably, goes to <http://support.braindistrict.com/>. But that
site has no branding, and it's not at all obvious how to get from there
to the site for the product as a whole
<http://www.braindistrict.com/en/ifxsupreme>.

One way of fixing this bug would be to implement the "Support and
problem reporting feature", where choosing "Software installs but
doesn't run properly" would take you to a developer support site
distinct from the "Developer Web Site".
