As Stéphane, I couldn't reproduce this. With 'use entire disk' and encrypted home, on boot I sometimes have the message: """ 'cryptswap1' is not ready yet or not present Continue to wait; or Press S to skip mounting or M for manual recovery """
If I wait a few seconds, boot continues and swap is activated.
