I get a very similar error after each power failure as well as after each hibernation attempt. Booting into recovery mode and then pressing ctrl+alt+del solves the problem, but this is very annoying. Especially because grub takes about a minute, or maybe even two to display its menu, and then another minute to finally boot the kernel in such case.
