come on, this is stupid!  If you pay my ticket, I'll happily go back to
the airport to test.  Or send me a network of AP I can set up here in a
similar fashion.  Until then, this ticket should be open in case
somebody else experiences the same issue.

I appreciate the quick responses, that's a good change.  But simply
routinely asking for a bunch of information and then dropping the ball
half-way and closing as invalid is not the way to go.
