Would it be useful to make bug-buddy and/or reportbug work with a Malone XMLRPC filebug interface? If so, or in case anyone else doing bug reporting tool things is interested, the Malone filebug xmlrpc interface is in production.
https://help.launchpad.net/MaloneXMLRPC It still has restrictions, like having to authenticate with an LP account, but it works right now, it's not as bad as gpg-signing, and it may be better than 100% brokenness.
